This form is for placing a Basic Ad
within the pages of Are We There Yet? Online (http://www.fieldtrip.com)
A Basic Ad is described as follows:
1. Up to 500 (approx.) words of text, plus company
name, address, phone number and other contact info.
2. Your color logo and one additional image included
free if you provide them in electronic format (.gif or .jpg) by diskette
or e-mail. If we must scan your logo or photos, the one-time fee
is $25.00 for one, $40.00 for two.
3. Your ad will include a location map showing
your establishment, as demonstrated in the sample (The Farmstand).
4. If you already own a website we will include
a link to it in your ad for no additional charge.
5. A "Mail-To" Link will be provided on your
page if desired (you must have an e-mail address).
6. Your ad will be linked from up to five pages
of places of interest that are close to you. The link extends from
a "Places to Eat Nearby" button (or a similar button for hotels or bus
companies) on each place of interest page to your logo prominently displayed
on a page reserved for local sponsors. From there a link goes to
your full page ad.
7. Your business name will also be highlighted
within the directory and linked to your full page ad.
8. Are We There Yet? will determine which
pages to link you from, based on your location. Or you can choose
to promote to specific geographical areas by zip code. See the lists
of available zip codes below.
Terms and Policies
All ads run for ONE FULL YEAR. The cost of a basic
ad is $300.00 for the year. (Introductory
Offer: $125.00)
Additional pages for your ad cost $75.00 each per
year (500 words and 2 photos).
Links from additional (above five) Are We There Yet?
pages to your ad cost $25.00 for three.
Updates: minor changes (text only -- up to
50 words) can be made to your ad twice per year at no additional charge.
Further updates cost $50.00 per page. All changes must be submitted
in writing, by e-mail or postal mail.
We never charge for correcting errors fast, regardless
of who made them.
All fees must accompany your order. Make check

The editors at Are We There Yet? reserve the right
to reject any advertisement they feel is not compatible with our family-oriented
website, in which case the fee will be returned immediately.

scan. Take care to not put a crease in the artwork (mailing it flat
with a cardboard insert works best).

Note that due to peculiarities in designing web pages there is a slight
chance that we will not be able to place your photo in the exact place
you wish. In such a case we will still be able to get it very close.
